Project Phoenix started when I asked my brother, an Army veteran like myself, about his experience re-acclimating to the civilian world following his discharge. He shared with me some of the things that made it a significant challenge and expressed a desire to do something about it.  Way to many Veterans commit suicide everyday, they feel like they no longer have a purpose, they lost the tight brotherhood of the military and struggle to connect with the civilian culture, and feel pressured to have answers regarding their future immediately and many do not.

Project Phoenix addresses these issues by giving Veterans time and support  while they discover these answers for themselves. Project Phoenix will provide the veteran with accommodations, a minimum of one meal a day, a purpose (until they discover their own), assistance with job training/placement or with starting a business venture and mentorship in a low pressure environment, surrounded by a culture that they understand and crave. We provide all this at no cost to the Veteran thanks to your generous support.

Project Phoenix is a not for profit entity and only exist due to the gracious donations made by you.  We appreciate your support!!!
